A typical session starts with checking in and discussing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We may explore issues and work through challenges that have been weighing on you. We will often revisit goals as well as evolve new ones as you grow in your therapeutic journey. You will be met with compassion, care and validation throughout your session!

Teletherapy allows you to have your therapy from the comfort of your own space. You may take your session from a cozy chair in your home or enjoy your favorite cup of tea while we talk.

Art therapy can provide a safe space to express difficult thoughts and feelings where words are lost. If you would like to try Art Therapy we can incorporate it by aligning specific art interventions to support whatever challenges you are facing and meet your goals. Interventions can be adapted with whatever materials you may have access to. It is amazing how much can be expressed and processed with just pencil and paper!

It is important to let your child know that going to therapy is a normal and healthy way to take care of our mental health and emotional well-being. You might explain a therapist to your child by telling them their job is to listen to them and help them sort through their emotions and feelings so they can feel better.

Therapy sessions are 150 dollars per 50 minute session. Payment is collected at the end of each session via credit card or HSA card.
We can support with a Superbill. A Superbill is a document that you send into your insurance for out of network reimbursement! Not all insurance plans take Superbills so be sure to contact you insurance!
